Deviating regulations have validity only if they were agreed in written form between Althaus and the customer. Althaus is at any time justified to change or supplement these general trading conditions with an appropriate term of notice. All incoming orders are worked on after the order lead date according to the valid general trading conditions.
2. Guarantee, warranty, customer service
If a supplied article has obvious material or production mistakes, to which also transport damages count, please report us about such errors immediately. However missing the complaint does not have consequences for your legal requirements. For all wastes which arise during the legal guarantee period, the customer has legal requirements on exchange, on lack removal/new supply as well as – under the legal conditions - the following requirements as reduction or rejection, could be also applied for the purchase besides of payment of damages, including substitution of the damage instead of the fulfilment and the substitution of your futile expenditures on your choice. As far as we grant you a salesman warranty, the details result from the guarantee conditions, which are attached to the order supplied in each case. Warranty claims exist without prejudice to the legal requirement/rights.
3. Delivery times
Delivery time is approximately 10 days after money receipt. If the commodity is not available after being ordered, we endeavor fastest possible delivery and we are obliged inform you about it.
4. Prices
The valid prices apply by the day of the supply.
5. Delivery
EXW Lüneburg, Germany. Dates of delivery are only obligatory, as far as these are confirmed in written form by us. The delivery follows only against prepayment.
6. Retention of the goods
The commodity remains property of the company Hanseatic Tea Export GmbH up to the complete payment.
7. Copyright
All represented logotypes, pictures, and diagrams are property of the appropriate companies and are subject to the copyright of the appropriate licensers. All photos, Logos, texts, reports, represented on these sides, scripts and program routines, which were made by us or developed by us, may not be copied and used without our agreement. Place of delivery and area of jurisdiction has the seat of Althaus (Bremen) if the customer is a buyer, or attorney of the public right or public special estate or has no general area of jurisdiction in the inland. To all other customers applies the legal area of jurisdiction. The right which is declared here, is the right of the Federal Republic of Germany under exclusion of the UN Trading rights.
